Ferguslie Park Housing Association was established on 1st July 1988 (originally as Dalskeith Housing Co-operative) to improve local housing provision. The Association now owns and manages 800+ homes in Ferguslie Park.

Our tenants may arrange mutual exchanges within Association properties or with tenants of other social landlord’s e.g. council tenants, or other housing association tenants.
Ferguslie Park Housing Association will encourage mutual exchanges between parties where both households would benefit from the exchange and be housed in appropriately sized accommodation.
