FPHA launch Direct Repairs Line for Customers

Ferguslie Park Housing Association have just launched a new dedicated Direct Repairs Line for our customers. After consultation, it was clear that a direct line for repairs calls would improve the service to the users of the maintenance service.
The Repairs Line will initially be trialed for a 3 month period, and if successful, will remain as part of our ongoing commitment to improving our customer service.
