Leading Regeneration in Ferguslie Park
Creating a thriving attractive community in Ferguslie Park is a key aim of the Association. In order to achieve this aim we work with our partners in the local community and local and national government to deliver sustainable regeneration in Ferguslie Park.
A sustainable regeneration solution involves investing in the physical, social and economic fabric of the area and as an Association we are committed to leading this investment in Ferguslie Park.
The success of our regeneration work has been cited in the Chartered Institute of Housing Action Plan on Housing and Social Enterprise which highlighted examples of good practice and positive actions undertaken by the Scottish Government, Housing Organisations and Community Planning Partnerships.
