Insure the contents of your home.
Don't let condensation build up in your home - it could cause dampness.
Report burst pipes straight away.
If you are going away, on holiday for example, leave a set of keys with a trusted person and let the Assocation know their contact details.
Make sure you know how to switch off your electricity supply in an emergency.

Open windows and doors
