Coronavirus (COVID-19) Information as at 17th March 2020 at 14:15

Following the advice given by the Government on the 16th March 2020, the Association has reluctantly taken the decision to close our office to visitors. This is to help prevent the spread of coronavirus or any other symptoms which could be transferred to people in the health risk categories.

The Association can be contacted by telephone on 0141 887 4053 as normal where staff will be available to take your call. Our office hours for telephone calls remains the same as 9.00am to 5pm. 

Repairs Reporting 

Repairs are still being carried out as normal however this is expected to change. We expect that we will need to reduce or stop non-urgent repairs. Tenants should still report repairs so we can plan these in for when advice changes and non-urgent repairs can be carried out again. Please telephone 0141 887 4053 and select option ‘1’ on your telephone keypad. Please also telephone our office for any out of hours emergency repairs and you will be able to be transferred to our out of hours emergency service. 

Gas Servicing and Repairs 

Repairs are still being carried out as normal however this is expected to change. We expect that we will need to reduce or cease non urgent repairs. Tenants should still report repairs so we can plan these in for when advice changes and non-urgent repairs can be carried out again. Out of hours emergencies can be reported by telephoning the office on 0141 887 4053 and pressing ‘0’ to be connected to our out of hours emergency service.

Other Works 

The Association has temporarily ceased other works which are underway in houses. Some tenants would have received letters from Valley Electrical Services in relation to the fitting of new smoke alarms. Please note that we have postponed these works in the meantime therefore if you have received a letter with a date for these works you can now disregard this. A new appointment will be given once advice changes.

Housing Services 

Our Housing Services staff are limiting their visits to houses. However staff are still available to provide advice and assistance over the phone. Please telephone 0141 887 4053 and select option ‘2’ on your telephone keypad.

Welfare Rights Service

The Welfare Rights service is now not able to carry out face to face interviews. However staff are still available to provide advice and assistance over the phone. Please telephone 0141 887 4053 and select option ‘3’ on your telephone keypad.

Finance and Accounts

Our Finance team are still available and are continuing to process invoices and orders to our supply chain. Please telephone 0141 887 4053 and select option ‘4’ on your telephone keypad.
