Ferguslie Park is committed to providing a fair and accessible letting service. If you have any reason at all to complain you should initially try to reach and agreement with the Housing Services Officer dealing with your application.

If this does not resolve the problem, you can use the Association’s complaints procedure to access senior staff and bring an appeal to the Management Committee.

You can also ask the Housing Association Ombudsman to investigate your complaint if you remain dissatisfied. A copy of the complaints procedure is available at the Association’s offices.
