You can make alterations and improvements to your home and garden but you should first apply for approval from the Association.
You can pick up an Application for Improvement at our office or download and print it by clicking here. You will normally hear from us within four weeks.
If you carry out certain improvement works to your property, you may be eligible for compensation from the Association when you give up your tenancy. Staff at our office will be happy to discuss this with you.
